Terms of service

These terms describe purchases from the Rocky & Co. online store for delivery in Honduras. Please review the product details, final price and applicable policies before placing an order. For assistance, contact info@rockyandcohn.com.

Products and availability

Review the selected product, size, shade or fragrance before purchasing. Brand, fragrance and shade names may remain in their original language. Screen settings may affect how colors appear. This does not limit your rights if the item received is defective or differs from what was offered.

Online purchases depend on available inventory. If we discover a problem with availability or an error affecting your order, we will contact you to resolve it; we will not substitute a product or charge an additional amount without your agreement. If we cannot supply a paid item, the corresponding amount will be refunded.

Prices and payment

Review the currency, product prices, shipping and any applicable taxes shown in the final checkout total before paying. Available payment methods are displayed at checkout. Orders require payment confirmation before dispatch. Keep your order confirmation for reference.

Your delivery information

Provide an accurate email address, recipient name, delivery address and working phone number. You can purchase without creating an account. If you notice an error in your information, contact us promptly so we can review whether it can be corrected before dispatch.

Shipping

Delivery rates, coverage and timing are described in our shipping policy. Rocky & Co. handles delivery questions and, when appropriate, claims with the delivery company.

Returns, defects and refunds

Our return and refund policy explains how to report damaged, defective or incorrect products and how collection and refunds are handled. We do not offer additional voluntary change-of-mind returns beyond the rights required by law.

Statutory right to withdraw from a distance purchase

Under Articles 58–60 of the Honduran Consumer Protection Law, for electronic purchases covered by those provisions you may revoke acceptance within five (5) business days from receipt of the goods or conclusion of the contract, whichever occurs later, without liability. This right cannot be waived.

To exercise it, notify us at info@rockyandcohn.com, identify your order and make the product available for return. Return costs are borne by Rocky & Co. Amounts paid must be returned within the maximum legal period of five (5) business days from notice of revocation. Other applicable warranty and consumer remedies remain available.

Privacy and use of the website

Our privacy policy explains how personal information is processed. Use the website lawfully and do not submit fraudulent information, interfere with its operation or attempt unauthorized access.

Applicable rights and updates

These terms do not exclude or limit mandatory rights under Honduran consumer protection law or prevent you from contacting the competent authorities. If a provision conflicts with applicable law, the law prevails. Future updates will be published on this page and will not retroactively reduce the rights or change the agreed conditions of an already confirmed order.
