Shipping and delivery
We deliver within Honduras. Orders are dispatched from ROCKY & CO. – Honduras using our delivery partner.
Delivery rates
- Tegucigalpa and Comayagüela: free delivery, with no minimum purchase.
- Other locations in Honduras: a flat delivery charge of L180 per order. Nearby areas outside Tegucigalpa and Comayagüela are included in this paid delivery category.
The applicable shipping charge is included in your checkout total before payment. You do not need to arrange or pay for shipping separately with the delivery company. If your checkout uses a different currency, review the amount displayed before confirming payment.
Delivery times
Orders placed today are scheduled for delivery tomorrow in Tegucigalpa, Comayagüela and nearby areas served by our delivery partner. This applies to available products and confirmed payments. Please provide a complete delivery address and a working recipient phone number.
Delivery times for other cities are pending confirmation with our delivery partner; next-day delivery does not apply nationwide. We will update this policy when those timeframes are confirmed.
If a delivery delay occurs, we will inform you using the contact details provided with your order.
Receiving your order
Please check the package and products upon receipt. If anything arrives damaged or incorrect, email info@rockyandcohn.com with your order number and supporting photos. See our return and refund policy for the reporting, collection and refund process. Rocky & Co. handles delivery-related claims with the delivery company when appropriate.
